Lucia Bianchi arrived in Antwerp in 1991 with a suitcase of recipes. Seven years later she opened a trattoria with six tables on the Hoogstraat.

Her son Marco now leads the kitchen, and her granddaughter Giulia runs the dining room. The recipes haven’t changed.
