Rather than a limited trial, every plan includes a full 30-day money-back guarantee so you can test BeHost with real traffic, risk-free.
Billing & plans
Will my price increase when I renew?
Your introductory price is locked for the full term you choose — up to 48 months. At renewal, the standard rate shown on our pricing page applies, and we always email you 30 days in advance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit, bank wire for annual enterprise contracts and selected cryptocurrencies.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — cancel within 30 days for a full refund of hosting fees. After that, annual plans are refunded pro rata for unused months. Domain fees are non-refundable once registered.
Hosting & performance
What uptime do you guarantee?
99.99% on shared, WordPress and VPS plans, and 99.999% on Cloud Enterprise and dedicated clusters. If we miss it, service credits are applied automatically.
Can I upgrade without downtime?
Yes. Plan upgrades within the same product are live. Moving from shared to cloud or VPS is handled by our migration team with zero downtime.

Domains & email
Is WHOIS privacy really free?
Yes, for life, on every extension whose registry allows it. There are no upsells to hide your personal details.
Can I use my domain with email from another provider?
Absolutely. You have full DNS control, so you can point MX records anywhere while hosting your website with BeHost.
Security
What happens if my site gets hacked?
On Business plans and above, our security team cleans it for free and hardens it against reinfection. All plans include daily malware scans and a firewall.
Is BeHost GDPR compliant?
Yes. We offer a Data Processing Agreement, EU-only data residency options and are audited annually for SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
